Studio Partner Terms

These terms govern the relationship between PilatesNow and Studios listing on the platform — separate from the consumer-facing Terms above.
1. Relationship
PilatesNow acts as a booking agent and marketing platform for Studios. PilatesNow does not purchase, own, or take title to any class inventory. Every booking is a transaction between the Studio and the customer; PilatesNow facilitates and charges a fee for that facilitation. This is not an employment, partnership, or exclusive dealing relationship.
2. No Exclusivity
Studios are free to list and sell classes through any other platform, software, or channel simultaneously, including their own website, ClassPass, and Mindbody. PilatesNow will never require exclusivity as a condition of listing.
3. Fees
- One universal rate, every booking:PilatesNow charges a fee of 5% of the booking price or $3, whichever is greater, on every booking made through the Service — deal or full-price alike, deducted automatically at the time of payment. There is no separate rule by booking type.
- No monthly, setup, or listing fee applies under the current fee structure. [Revisit this section if/when a paid subscription tier is introduced.]
- Standard third-party payment processing costs (currently via Stripe) are deducted from the Studio's payout on each transaction, separately from the fee above.
4. Pricing Control
Studios retain full control over: which classes are eligible for discounting, when the discount period begins relative to class start time, and the minimum price ("floor") they're willing to accept. PilatesNow will apply these rules exactly as configured and will not override them.
5. Payouts
Payouts are made via Stripe Connect on a daily rolling schedule to the Studio's connected account. Studios can view an itemized breakdown of every transaction, including the PilatesNow fee and processing cost deducted, in their dashboard.
6. Studio Responsibilities
Studios are solely responsible for: the accuracy of their listed schedule and pricing, honoring bookings made through the Service, the safety and quality of the class and facility, and compliance with all applicable laws (including insurance and licensing requirements for operating a fitness business).
7. Cancellations by Studio
If a Studio cancels a class after a deal or full-price booking has been made, the Studio agrees to notify PilatesNow immediately so affected customers can be refunded or rebooked.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the listing relationship at any time. Bookings made prior to termination remain valid and must be honored.
9. Liability
PilatesNow is not liable for any injury, loss, or dispute arising from a Studio's class, instruction, facility, or staff. Studios agree to indemnify PilatesNow against claims arising from the Studio's operation of its business.
