Why did the price change while I was looking at it?

Deal prices drop automatically as class time approaches, on a schedule each studio sets. If you see a price you like, it's worth booking soon — it may be lower, or gone, in a few minutes.

What happens if I book a deal and can't make it?

All deal bookings are final sale. Because the discount only exists because the studio is holding that spot for you, we're not able to offer refunds or credits if you can't make it — only book a deal you're sure you can attend.

What if I show up and my spot isn't there?

This is rare, and it's on us to fix, not you — we'll move you to another available class or refund you in full, no back-and-forth required.

Is this the studio's real price, or is there a markup?

Full-price classes are always shown at the studio's actual price, never marked up, and never with an added fee — you pay exactly what's shown, whether it's a full-price class or a deal.

Do I need a subscription?

No. No membership, no monthly credits, no commitment — pay only for the classes you actually book.

Is my payment info secure?

All payments are processed by Stripe. PilatesNow never sees or stores your full card details.

How do I contact a studio directly?

Every studio's page includes their address and contact info.
