Why did the price change while I was looking at it?

Deal prices drop automatically as class time approaches, on a schedule each studio sets. If you see a price you like, it's worth booking soon — it may be lower, or gone, in a few minutes.

Can I cancel a booking?

Yes. Cancel more than 24 hours before the class starts and you're refunded in full. Cancel within 24 hours and you get 50% back; the studio keeps the other half, since it was holding your spot. Bookings made within 24 hours of the class (including most last-minute deals) are final, so only book those if you're sure you can attend. You can cancel any time from your account page. If the studio cancels the class, you're always refunded in full automatically.

How do class packs work?

Some studios sell packs, like 5 or 10 classes for one price, and some offer a one-time intro pack for new clients. Buy a pack on the studio's page, then choose “use a class credit” when you book. Credits expire on the date shown, and a credit comes back to your pack if you cancel more than 24 hours before class or the studio cancels.

What is the waitlist?

If a class is full, join its waitlist and we'll email you if a spot opens up. Spots are first come, first served, so book as soon as you get the email.

What if I show up and my spot isn't there?

This is rare, and it's on us to fix, not you — we'll move you to another available class or refund you in full, no back-and-forth required.

Is this the studio's real price, or is there a markup?

Full-price classes are always shown at the studio's actual price, never marked up, and never with an added fee — you pay exactly what's shown, whether it's a full-price class or a deal.

Do I need a subscription?

No. No membership, no monthly credits, no commitment — pay only for the classes you actually book.

Is my payment info secure?

All payments are processed by Stripe. PilatesNow never sees or stores your full card details.

How do I contact a studio directly?

Every studio's page includes their address and contact info.
