What you get:
- Your whole schedule, listed free. Every class at the price you set, plus your memberships, with your own studio page, photos and instructors. This is not just a place for discounts: customers can find and book any class at full price, anytime.
- An AI assistant built into your dashboard. Just type what you want: “add a Saturday 9am mat class”, “hold 3 spots on Friday's 6pm”, “cancel next Tuesday's class”, “post tonight's class as a deal”. Ask it which classes and instructors are underperforming and it'll tell you, with a suggestion. It never changes anything until you tap confirm.
- Deals, only if you want them. When a class is under capacity, we can surface it at a discount — you decide which classes, how early the discount starts, and how low it goes. Turn a spot that was earning $0 into real revenue, or leave deals off entirely.
Also included, at no extra cost:
- Waitlists. When a class is full, clients join the waitlist and the next person is emailed the moment a spot opens.
- Memberships that bill automatically. Monthly plans renew on their own and money goes straight to your bank. Class packs and intro offers too.
- Client list and check-in. Import the clients you already have, download the list any time, and check people in at the door by scanning their QR code, which records attendance. Online waivers are built in.
- Instructor pay report. Set each instructor's rate (per class, per attendee, or a percentage of the class), pick a pay period, and see what everyone is owed with a spreadsheet for your accountant. It's a calculation tool, not payroll.
- Private sessions. Offer one-on-one sessions from your page. Clients request a time, you confirm one, and they pay by card.
Pop-up, outdoor or mobile instructor? List everything. You don't need a studio. Add every class in your series with its own day, time and location (a park, a beach, a rooftop, a rotating venue), and people searching nearby will find you by where you're actually teaching. Use the assistant to add or change classes in seconds, and sell memberships too. Same rates, no monthly fee, paid straight to your bank.
What it costs: Nothing to list. On every booking we send you — deal or full-price — we take 5% of the booking price on the first $2,000 of bookings each month, 3% on the next $4,000, and 2% on everything above $6,000, plus standard payment processing (~2.9% + $0.30, same as any card processor). Each rate applies only to the slice of bookings inside its range, and the count resets on the 1st of every month. Memberships are a flat 5%. No separate rules by booking type, no monthly software bill, no contract. Full-price and deal bookings cost the same, so there are no surprises.

How your bookings are charged
Class bookings work out to 4.3% overall. Each rate applies only to the slice of bookings inside its range, and the count resets on the 1st of every month.

By our estimate, our 5% (and less as you grow) is far less than ClassPass takes per filled spot, and well under Mindbody's 20% discovery commission on a new client. Mindbody doesn't charge that commission on clients you already have, but it does charge a monthly software bill and card processing on every sale. PilatesNow has no monthly bill and no separate fee for discovery: the rate is the same for new and returning clients, and you only pay when a booking comes through us.
Competitor figures are estimates based on publicly available information. Actual rates depend on each studio's agreement and change over time, so check current terms with each provider.
We coexist with everything you already use. Keep your website, keep ClassPass, keep Mindbody. We never ask for exclusivity, and we never touch your pricing — full price or deal, the number you set is the number the customer pays.
